| VJ Anyone's third release on MixMash, Subject Zero, is a swansong double album, a closure on Oli Sorensen's use of VJ Anyone as an artist name.
This way Oli allows himself a break in style, into darker themes and deeper audiovisual explorations and Subject Zero fabricates a world around the urban anti-hero, set within a soundtrack exclusive to the label Multiverse and it's satellite labels. An eclectic but seamless journey between minimal, techno, dubstep and ambient.
Specially edited to synchronise with musical patterns, rhythms and tones, Subject Zero is a perfect example of audiovisual production.
Included on the second DVD are samples and loops taken directly from Subject Zero's imagery, ready to upload to VJ software. |
